Follow up on my Application

Hi, I hope you’re doing well.

I recently applied for the Customer Service Advisor role at BT Group (Belfast) and completed the SAPIA AI and video interview on 10 March. I just wanted to kindly follow up, as I haven’t yet received an update regarding my application.

Could you please let me know the best point of contact or where I should reach out to get an update on my application?
