Not sure where to leave feedback but I felt the customer service guys needed to know that they really provide such great service and it’s greatly appreciated:)
My current Broadband contract ended and I have renewed with a great new deal, especially as it’s with BT thru EE now.
I probably could have got a slightly better deal elsewhere but it is the outstanding customer service that keeps me loyal to EE. I have multiple mobile contracts as well and I’m always very happy with response times and courtesy from the help lines.
