Hi,
Yesterday I visited a store in Stevenage and was served by a lovely young man called Nikhel, I went in with no idea what I need or where to start, and I left with everything and more. He was polite and explained everything in term I could understand and got me a real good deal, and he WASN'T pushy like others I had delt with in the past, to be honest I don't think he knows how good he really is.
