I called up to today as I was having an issue with my what’s app not sending voice notes on mobile data. I spoke to Jamie from Ireland in the technical team. He was absolutely amazing! Chatty, friendly and informative and sorted my issue quickly and explained why it wasn’t working. He was so easy to chat to and a real asset to your team. Makes me want to recommend EE to everyone. I only signed in to make sure I could send this! Thanks again Jamie, you’re a star x

Excellent. Out of interest, why wasn't it working? What did he do/get you to do?

Could help others facing the same issue.
