I visited the Wallasey EE store this morning to get a replacement sim for my son as his phone was stolen yesterday. Ewan welcomed us, offered his help and once I explained the situation he was quick to assist. He got me a new sim activated immediately and even helped me set it up in a different phone that I had brought with me. My visit generated no sales for the company yet he was so helpful, friendly and efficient. A credit to the store. I would really like him to receive some recognition for his customer service.
