Good Afternoon,

I just wanted to provide a bit of feedback after my parents changed mobile and broadband provider to yourselves.  It is very daunting for some switching providers, especially for members of the public that maybe struggle with technology.

However, I am so pleased with the service that EE provide over the phone to myself on behalf of my parents, thank you to all an I wanted to say a really special thank you to Melanie (Mel) at Cardiff for the amazing support that was provided.  Mel was very calm and patient with us whilst all the necessary checks were carried out.  My parents were really worried about losing their home phone number to which they have had for many years as this was the last bit of the service that didn't work, and as you can imagine, really important to them.  Mel re-assured us all that the number had been ported and it was an issue that could be resolved and just kept up updated through the whole process, even with a follow up call today.

Mel is a huge credit to your team and please pass on our thanks as a family.
