We spoke to Meg in the Customer Service Team tonight, who was so very helpful and professional. We needed help to set up broadband at our new address.
Meg was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. Our broadband was sorted without any issues.
It is really lovely to receive such lovely customer service.
