Hi I have just purchased an Honor 400 Pro as part of the deal when you trade in a phone you get a enhanced trade in price when you put in the last 8 digits of your IMEI number of the new Honor phone in the promo code section on the trade in page however it won't accept as a valid code can any one help please

Are you seeing an error when entering the last 8 digits of your IMEI number?

Are you able to try completing this using a different browser page or device?
