  • 14% price increase (I’m not convinced their costs have risen enough to justify that)
  • Complaints ignored despite being a ‘webform’ has been raised and I’ll receive a letter about next steps (WHEN? - STILL WAITING AFTER 2 WEEKS)
  • Supposedly included extras DONT WORK & they can’t figure it out
  • Advisors don’t listen - if I have to repeat myself 5 times you’re taking the **bleep**
  • The claim to be voted the uk’s best network for 9 years running but trying to get through to an advisor about an issue just feels like an inconvenience to them and they try and fob you off with text all time.
