Think most people know how bad EE is these days so don't think any context is required, it's not so much of a query as it is simply a statement.

It may be a place to find advice and ask questions but it should also be a place to bring to light how poor EE's customer service has become

That's a very sweeping statement, and you could probably find someone willing to say it about any company. It's meaningless without any substance, though.
