hi i have applied to be a customer service advisor in cardiff and have gotten interview requested and have had nothing back for a week and a half would be massive help to get this sorted as i really need a job and have a good CV with relative skills for this job.

When you log in to the careers page what status does your application show?

I would recommend completing this online form for someone to get in touch.

Thanks for getting back to me. Just to update you. when I log into the careers page, it shows that my application status is “Interview Request.” I also filled out the online form you mentioned, once last week and again on Tuesday,
