I can’t get into my bills, the app is not showing any current bill (I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling) and when I try to look on the website it just says it can’t show my plan right now. I need to know how much the bill is!

Have you associated your number with your EE account.
You can text Bill to 150 as well which tells you your recent bill and BA to 150 for your balance.

Hi Patsy, l am having same trouble. What a terrible site. I enjoyed BT for years so easy to use.
