I just wanted to share my experience with a member of your team.
Her name is Michelle xxxxxxx and I can honestly say that she has been superb helping me with various issues and problems that revolved around a recent upgrade on my phone.
I've been through a pile of problems including having to return a naff phone, to helping me when the replacement was "lost" and delayed, to advising me on the best phones around for my budget.
Her patient, friendly and knowledgeable approach to dealing with each of my problems was just brilliant. She is truly a real credit to EE and purely down to my interactions with her I have now moved my son from Vodafone, and my wife wants to come over when her contract ends in a few months.
I genuinely believe that she has tried to move heaven and earth to help me, I get the feeling that for her it isn't just a job. She genuinely loves helping customers and making sure that they have the positive outcome that they need.
Employees like her are very hard to find, I really hope that this can get to her managers as I truly believe she deserves a big pat on the back and a cup of tea (possibly even cake if EE can afford it ) 🙂
