Strange old set up at ee,was offered the role of field sales executive on the day of interview,to get back home to be told my boss don’t think he can cover the fuel costs and with my sales experience am considered a flight risk 😂but the kid who interviewed me said i will give you a call back day after to confirm,2 weeks later I get a call am I still interested my reply yes ok,her reply ok il call you back next week with a start date of April 14 in mind ok..Surprise surprise no call,I could see at first hand how bad there recruitment is when watching there staff in centres but that must come from ee group themselves pretty poor,my point they should never look a gift horse in the mouth as I explained there salary is basic at best but I would have smashed it with the commissions fact.But iv opened a new Buisness thank god and won’t be needing ee that’s for sure.
