Hello @mrpaulbridge ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you spoken to customer service to find out why you have been overcharged?

Have you actually looked at the breakdown of your bill to see what the extra charges are?

We have no account access here in this public forum and do not know who you are.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks for getting back to me. I eventually spoke to customer services.
Given the bad news that I have to pay £147 to get out of my massively
overpriced and very poor contract, oh dear. We live and learn, 2 mobile
contracts and a broadband contract to get out of ASAP! Thanks

So the subject linw should be "unhappy with what I agreed to" instead of overcharged, as usual
