7/11/23 call centre review !

I’m not sure where to leave a review but I wanted to mention the lovely guy who I called up about upgrading my phone on the 7th november around 6.15! I didn’t catch his name but he was Welsh I believe . He made sure he found the best deal suited to me, there was a technical issue with signing the contracts and he was so patient in processing everything smoothly for me. I really wanted to highlight how helpful and amazing customer service i received this evening; one very happy customer!!
