Can anyone help me in getting recognition to an employee of staff who helped me today at the Brixton Branch?  His name was Taquan.  He was such a lovely young man who helped me with my phone which wasn't connecting due to the eSim.  The online community tried to help me, however, nothing was working.  

I went to the Brixton brand and Taquan was excellent and very understanding.  His knowledge and patience was so professional, I just want his manager and HR to know how grateful I was for such excellence service, and the help he provided to me. 

If anyone can point me into the right direction, I would be most grateful.
