Hi, I ordered the xbox series x bundle from our local EE shop in october and the device was picked up from store, however there was no information given and we have not received any text messages apart from one saying "Hi from EE. Your Pin is xxxx. you'll only be able to use it once"
my son is wanting to play and we cant set the gaming pass up, can anyone help please?

Hi Yes it is showing as an option as a normal add on for the phones but there is nothing relating to the gaming bundle
