I purchased an Xbox gaming bundle with the 24 month game pass for my sons birthday. I have spent all day from department to department and I genuinely believe nobody has any idea.
I was told it is sent via text/email after 15 days. The small print it says will be an SMS after 14 days. The tech support department says it should of been in the box and I need to return it to be exchanged.
I have followed previous links from other posts but nothing seems to work. I am extremely frustrated with customer services as not one person has managed to help me today.
Does anybody know the correct solution of how to get the game pass please?? Any help is greatly appreciated

You will receive an SMS within 7 days of receipt of your Xbox to complete activation of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate using your Microsoft account.

I have received the text to follow the link and it redirects me to the Microsoft website and asks me for an activation code. I have spoken with EE customer service, tech support and they sent me to Xbox support, they have told me to go back to EE. Where do I go from here?
