Claiming included Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 6 months not working

Every time I try to claim the include Game Pass Ultimate at      ee.co.uk/go/gaming     it says "This service isn’t working right now"

Is there anything that can be done to get around this issue?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
