recently bought the xbox series x bundle with game pass ultimate and £70 ee gamecard, got the xbox the game pass but never received the game card how do i go about getting it. thanks

Welcome to the EE Community

How long ago was it you received your Xbox? The GameCard details should be sent by text to the number you have added the Xbox to, within 2 working days. 

If it has been longer than us please reach out to us on 150 and one of our guides can send off a form for you to make sure the GameCard detail are sent to you as soon as possible.

How long ago was it you received your Xbox? The GameCard details should be sent by text to the number you have added the Xbox to, within 2 working days. 

If it has been longer than us please reach out to us on 150 and one of our guides can send off a form for you to make sure the GameCard detail are sent to you as soon as possible.
