I have the same issue. Pre registered and redeemed code on site but no beta code sent today.

I have opt in to recieve the beta on steam. I'm sure the message said that it would be sent to my steam account but I haven't recieved anything!

after registering for the Xbox beta I am yet to still receive the code to be able to play as registered woth call of duty website and its now been released and no code
