Ps5 bundle

Hi all 

I purchased a ps5 to add to my plan on my data only sim I been a ee customer since last May 2022 

It's a PlayStation plus premium package 31 a month 24 and I paid upfront in store in my local ee shop.

Is it 11 monthly payments or 24 monthly payments thanks.

as at the small print says 11 monthly payments. 

I rang ee customer services says it's Deffo 24 months payments not 11 months.

No it's the disc version I took out of my local ee store Telford branch.

The manager nick Telford store said its 24 months and he said not 11 month payments.

The PS Plus Premium packages are 24 month contracts.

According to the smallprint  at the bottom of the contract is 11 monthly payments but my contract was printed wrong

I took out it instore my local shop.

It also says if you do not pay ps5 in 11 months time you be charged instrest and fees at the back of contract.

It sounds like you may have been given the incorrect paperwork.

I'd recommend contacting the store where you made your purchase so they can correct it for you.

So it's Deffo 24 months not 11 months the ps5 bundle.

It does 11 months on the contract but I rang ee customer services and they said it is correct 24 months plan ignore the 11 month payments.

We offer both 11 month and 24 month PS5 bundles, but it will be the 24 month option you've opted for if this has been confirmed by our Customer Care Team.

No fees or interest after 11 months ? 

As I have read terms and conditions including the back ect.

I just need reinsurance that's all.

PlayStation 5 ps plus premium.

But it is 24 months 31 pound a  month.
