Hiya, saw a couple days ago that the Xbox series s accessory was available to pay monthly, but now it’s not even showing up, was planning to get it but can’t now, any idea why it’s not showing up? I’ve got a phone on monthly and also a accessory already, but still have 1 more slot for an accessory. Thank you

Hey mate sometimes the app plays up. I would suggest trying to clear cookies and cache and maybe trying from a different browser or computer or phone and if still no joy then ring up and maybe do it over the phone. If the bundle showed not too long ago for you but doesn’t now it’s defo likely due to the app having issues but only 1 way to be sure and that’s too ring CS thankyou
