how to use the shop if you cant find what you want

when searching the EE shop for a console it appeared if i wasnt signed in but if i signed in it wouldnt let me, if you contact EE saying youve added it to your basket but cannot purchase it they will allow it to your bill.

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.
