I BOUGHT A CODE FOR GAME PASS FROM A SITE THAT DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE(PlayNate). I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS BT/EE IS, I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM BUT NOW WHEN I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ON XBOX I CANT DO IT BECAUSE I NEED TO LOG IN TO BT OR EE FOR WHICH I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT. WHAT CAN I DO TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION FROM THEM?

@ROSIE11234 Are you a UK resident? That game pass is only for EE customers as it’s part of a package for a contract. It’s not meant to be sold separately. Your going to have to call EE customer support to see if they can help
