Upgraded a phone on my account, came with an inclusive extra, chose game pass, received text saying it was activated, then another saying it had been deactivated, still showing as active on the account but can’t do anything, nothing showing as being able to be activated, live chat useless.

I'm not sure what will be causing the deactivated message.
If you have still not been able to activate your Inclusive Extra I would recommend giving us a call.
Our customer care team will be able to remove this from your account, reapply and help activate this for you.
