Xbox games pass help

Help I just tried to gift my son have my Xbox games pass   I followed instructions on EE site but when I had to sign in on my mobile to Microsoft account with my pc for my work only don't play games on it Iam stuck as looks like it reg to my pc and not letting me gift it to him  as says already been registered with my pc  and he lives away  can anyone help me solve this please  and what to do   thought was doing well till told him and he said dad you messed it up old man syndrome again  I said only followed instructions as I did it on phone  not pc  as old bt and now new EE broadband can't sign in to or know how to contact as all email says no reply 😞 please if could get some help many thanks Paul

How is it you're receiving Game Pass here?

Was this offered alongside a product you've purchased, as an inclusive extra as part of your mobile plan, or as a perk of your Broadband contract?

Hi Peter  it was with the new broadband package as I upgraded my broadband  to faster speed on black Friday deal

@Pixie316666A Thank you for clarifying, I would recommend giving our broadband team a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 0330 123 1105 from any other phone when you are able to. 

One of our guides will need to check if they are able to reset the Xbox offer on your account so that you can activate it again on the other e-mail address/Microsoft account.
