Xbox game pass

I bought my Xbox with EE in a store, they informed me that I would receive two envelopes with a Game Pass Ultimate code, each with a two-year license.

There was no envelope inside the box, I went back to the store and they told me they would send it by mail.

After another week I went back to the store, they called the center and told me they would send the code by SMS.

Today, after 1 month and 4 days, I haven't received anything. I've been to the store 4 times and now they say I need to call the center to resolve the issue.
I signed up to BT for 2 years and I never even had to enter a code because they already added the 2 years of Game Pass to my email. Now with EE, I'm going to end up paying for the Xbox without playing.

Good morning @DeuzinhoJr.

Welcome to the EE Community, and thanks for reaching out to us about this too.

Just so I can be 100% sure with this one, when you purchased your Xbox bundle in-store did you pay for this outright, or add it to an EE contract to pay for monthly?

Also do you have a mobile or broadband contract with us active at the moment?

Peter

Yes, I have a plan for two mobile phone lines, EU internet and Xbox in 24 months.

I'm tired of going to the store and spending hours on the phone and not getting an answer.

@DeuzinhoJr If you are paying monthly for your Xbox bundle as an add-on to your mobile plan, have you tried visiting ee.co.uk/xbox and entering the number the Xbox was added to?

As it should then send you a PIN code and after confirming that, if the Xbox Game pass is on your number it should show there with a button to activate.
