I took out a game pass subscription but my bank was charged not my EE account,If I cancel it on the same day can I get a full refund? As I need to sort this out as I don't have Money for bills now

Welcome to the community.

If you speak with our customer support team, they may be able to have a look into the status of the order and cancel it. However, if the order has been fully completed, the subscription will be with Microsoft and you will need to speak to them directly. 

Hope you manage to get sorted.
