Xbox Game Pass Ultimate hasn't worked for 3 months...unfortunately customer service doesn't know how to do it

Once selecting it as the active Inclusive Extra, have you tried going to ee.co.uk/xbox while connected to Mobile Data to activate it?

I have not, let me try that!

Just get an Error on the page "we are working to fix this issue" 😞

If you get this error message when trying to get set up and the add-on is showing in your EE account, please call us and the team can help you get this sorted.
