Xbox Game Pass Technical Error

I upgraded my contract last week and added in Xbox Game Pass as my extra. It shows in my account however I have had a text saying I need to activate it. When I try to activate it I keep getting a message saying there’s a technical error. I have contacted EE by phone who told me to try using mobile data rather than WiFi but I am still getting the same error. Can anyone tell me how I can get this Game pass activated to use please? 🙏

Do you have the Game Pass included with a mobile or home broadband contract? 

Is the Game Pass showing in your EE app add-ons?

I have the same problem. Constantly says there’s a technical error. I fear that I’ll never be able to activate it which is the prime reason I got the contract I got
