Hello all,
I have a tech add on to my account which is Xbox Series S with Game Pass Ultimate until November 9th 2024 having set it up in November 2023. However when I access my Xbox account on the Xbox App it says my Game Pass expires on 7th December 2024.
If my initial game pass sub was 12 months will this renew automatically so it coincides with the remaining time I have on my Tech Add On? It would be very annoying for the game pass sub to end before the tech add on does.

I would recommend speaking with our customer care team who have account access and can view the add-ons and expiry dates.

Is your tech add-on for 12 or 24 months?
If the Game Pass expired in December 2024 this would be after your tech bundle which ends in November 2024.
Should your tech add-on be for 24 months and you would like to move to a chargeable subscription for the Game Pass I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can ensure your account is set correctly.

Hello,
I mistyped. My tech bundle ends on 9th November 2025 and I signed up for 24 months. So I don’t know why Xbox says game pass ends on 7th December 2024.
