Xbox £160 EE GAMECARD AND XBOX ULTIMATE

I took out a tech add on of Xbox series x and free £160 gamecard and ultimate gamepass fir a year. 2 weeks have passed since I received the console and have yet to receive both gamecard and pass.

Is anyone able to advise further as this is extremely frustrating. I've logged in to check and there is nothing against the number registered to the console
