We have only just noticed that my Ultimate Game Pass Add on has not been working since October, anyone else had this issue? Still paying the £31 per month .
I phoned last week and they added it to my mobile number account and charged £12 for this as a recurring charge.
I have 2 mobiles on my account and pay the £31 as an add on the other number.
Struggled to make myself understood on the phone

Can you remove the add-on that was set up for you last week in your EE app?
What happens if you try to use the Game Pass Ultimate with the log in details you set up?

Hi yes i have now removed the add on on my number....
This is still working but expires on the 18th so i will have the same problem again.
I don't understand why it stopped working in September but i have been paying the £31 per month tech add on?
