X box gaming

Hi all I have the Xbox gaming pass ultimate as a add on but when I go on the app it says activation required, so I click on it , they send a pin when I put the pin in it says no activation required, yet I've not got the pass number and I've had the phone since early November

What phone model are you using, and which browser is the activation link opening in?

If you haven't already I'd recommend try copying the link and pasting it into a different browser.
