Video game order issues

Lukemcgillen
Visitor

I ordered a game for the PS5 and as is customary, DPD didn’t deliver it and are fobbing me off with cryptic messages about failed delivery due to unforeseen issues.
I have attempted to track the order on EEs site but it is not recognised.
I have no faith that I will ever receive this item but I can’t even find a way on EEs site of speaking to customer service about it.

I’m close to just accepting that I’ve lost my money and chalking it up to experience. I should have checked the item wasn’t being delivered by DPD before I ordered so I suppose I’m at least partially to blame.
before I totally give up, does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

Hi @Lukemcgillen

It is probably a code in a box unless it's a special edition.

The message from DPD normally results in a delivery attempt the next day.

Thanks

Hi @Lukemcgillen,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you have opted to pay for the game via adding it to your monthly bill, you should just be able to call us on 150 and our team will be able to share information on the delivery if you don't have the DPD tracking link yourself.

If you have bought the game outright or via EE finance, check if you are able to track the order using the link on this page. If you are unable to do so, if you call us on 0800 079 0062 and our team will be able to help with your order.
