I received my new Xbox on Friday, but when / how do I receive the 12 month ultimate game pass and the £160 EE gamecard that was part of the bundle ?

@skeff75 If you have more than one number, make sure to check which number the Xbox is being billed on as that is the number that you would need to enter there.
If it is not showing though, please give our tech guides a call and let them know the free Game Pass from your Xbox bundle has not been added to your number and you need them to add it for you. Once added then just go back to that link above and you should have the option to activate it.

You can claim the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass via ee.co.uk/xbox enter the mobile number the bundle has been added to and follow the steps from there to verify and activate.
The GameCard claim information should be received by text within 2 working days of delivery. If you have not received anything by then please get in touch and one of our guides will be able to help get it sorted.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I have entered my number as you suggested but it only gave me the options for activating cyber security and dark Web monitoring. Nothing about game pass
