Honestly this whole experience is ridiculous, I’ve never experienced such bad customer services I’m having to tell these people stuff they should be trained for, is it me who only thinks this is planned so people don’t get what their promised. I do! Still no GameCard, thought there was progress until someone hit another brick wall, and out of all this I’ve been offered £15 compensation bare in mine I’ve waisted over 2 weeks sorting this, everyday on the phone and getting stressed bare in mind I’m pregnant you should be ashamed of urselves. I won’t be paying my bill until this is resolved, a big company like this effecting people’s mental health, it’s a disgrace. I hope you slept well last night cause I didn’t. My boys birthday in a weeks time, the poor boys gonna have a Xbox and no money on it to buy games. Well done guys well done 👏🏻
