I have had the same issue for the two weeks with BT and now it continues with EE. Nothing suggested works. Very frustrating.

I am still receiving the "We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while" error message when trying to claim Game Pass Ultimate. Any suggestions for a fix would be very helpful.

Do you have a mobile or broadband account? 

Have you spoken to our technical support team to get the error message looked into?

I have Broadband and TV. Shortly before moving to EE from BT someone was looking in to it but assuming that will be no use now. It is the same issue as I was having with BT.
