Hi,
I was in the process of purchasing a PS5 console in the EE online shop. I filled out my details, shipment and bank details, made the payment via card, and once I proceeded, I received an "A Network Change Was Detected" error and was prompted to refresh the page and start the process again.
However, I looked at my bank account and can see the payment has been taken and is now pending, however, EE is asking me to repeat the payment process... I have not received any confirmation details from EE though.
Can someone advise?

Hi @AussieMatt.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.
They'll be able to access your account and see what the current status of your order and your payment are.
