It would be helpful to have confirmation of payment and assigned a delivery date. It's been 24+ hours and it's like I'm shouting across a field in high winds and waiting for a reply from the other end if I get one at all.

I have nothing. I contacted EE and was told it's being processed but that's all I know.

If you have no order number, I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile guides, they can check the order and see if this is showing for you. They can also see if the order has been processed yet for you.

I am trying but I cannot find the chat bubble I used before. Is there a contact number for. Those who are not ee customers who bought a meta quest from ee . After this I am hesitant to switch from current as I feel so stressed going around in circles

It was an online order. Payed last Saturday in full and have had no confirmation as yet. I'm starting to feel scammed as I am starting to think ee are deliberately ignoring me and giving stock of item to existing customers first.
