Ordered a ps5 on the 30th September. Still not received it. Anyone else had this happen?

I am gutted to hear you have not received your ps5, I'd love to help you out with this. 

When you placed the order did you receive a confirmation email with a order number on it? This email can sometimes go into the spam or junk mail, so have a check there too.

Yes I have an order number but the order says will be shipped within 14 days is that working days? If so that’s Monday but I’m worried the order isn’t going to be fulfilled.
