Has anyone else added the PlayStation portal as an accessory but says it out of stock but delivered in 2/3 days I haven't heard anything from re to say either if it's out for delivery or I haven't managed to get one

Seems like EE don’t know anything about when they are getting stock judging by to amount of different reply’s people have got of EE customer service cancelled/come before Xmas/after Xmas etc

Same here, I did manage to speak to someone today who said they were told they were getting stock so put them on sale and then Sony told them they had further delays. He did say everything was processed and as soon as there is stock it will be dispatched. As you ordered 1 day before me I would assume yours will be the same. Fingers crossed for both of us.

I have just spoken to someone at EE and he stated that all orders should never have been processed as they have never had stock in the first place to fulfill orders. The portals should never been put online to order this was a mistake on their end. Orders will be cancelled eventually as they are unable to fulfill them as they never had stock and its not showing any stock due. I chose to keep my order just incase they do get atick in but my order may automatically get cancelled if its after so long. I am so mad as I was told last week they were getting stock in on 22nd and  i should have the portal by 25th november at the latest and now no whete has any stock at all to be able to get one elsewhere.

This is soooooo frustrating, now I have to find stock somewhere before Christmas or I will have one very disappointed son! I'm mad as playstation online had them for pre order but I'd already ordered one from EE. 🤬

My order hasn't been cancelled as yet!

EE customer service don’t know anything take with a pinch of salt Amazon Argos PlayStation direct etc had last week so keep an eye on game ee curry’s etc in the next week they will get a restock

It doesn’t seem like anyone at EE knows whats going on. I'm guessing if they get stock they will honour the orders and if not then they will cancel them. I’ve been to a few places today and nobody has any idea when Sony is sending them more stock.

Try calling them with the order number, the online chat is frustrating and unhelpful. Hope you get answers.

Yes but they said to keep an eye on their website when they drop I could easily be getting the PlayStation portal from other websites… 

But I go with EE because my preference is monthly payment as I prefer to pay instalments rather than paying in full. 

well let’s hope we get it anytime soon I would recommend anyone who’s order has been cancelled like myself is too keep an eye on their website as stock usually updates 7-9am estimated time.

This won’t help as they don’t have any in stock you’ll just have to wait for stock which there might be a high chance we getting stock this week.

I order mine 15th November I have phoned and I’ve been told they out of stock they have no idea when they be in stock and if I find another store with them in stock then to get it coz they might not be in before Christmas so now I am completely stuck coz everywhere sold out
