Has anyone else added the PlayStation portal as an accessory but says it out of stock but delivered in 2/3 days I haven't heard anything from re to say either if it's out for delivery or I haven't managed to get one

Hi everyone,
I ordered a PS5 on Monday and was advised I would receive the proper tracking information. I received an order number via email and a parcel number via the EE store website on my order page, but nothing else. Neither of these tracking numbers give me any details on where my order is after it’s been dispatched. I have not been told the courier it has been dispatched with, nor the tracking number for that courier. I have tried the two tracking numbers provided on the courier websites EE advises they use and nothing comes up.
I was told this was dispatched at the start of the week - I’m unsure what’s happening, and since my order is valuable, I’m concerned there has been no valid tracking information provided.
How do I receive the tracking information required?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Our courier is DPD. If you download their app and register your details, you should see any active parcels from EE.
Which PS5 bundle did you order?

I just got the PS5 Disc console.
I tried DPD and it said there were no parcel with the details of my order. I tried the two tracking numbers I’ve been given and neither work. I’ve tried to contact EE Shop via email and received no response. The money for the product has been taken from my bank but besides non-working tracking numbers I’ve received no indication that the order is actually dispatched as I’ve been told.
Do you have any advice on how I should proceed with my concerns?

Did you order it as an add to plan accessory or as a one off purchase?
If add to plan, please contact Customer Care on 150. If not, please contact enquire-store@ee.co.uk.

You private message people asking for their order number and order date but yet there are still no updates. What is going on?

@Pollins Are they a tracking number or is it an order number? You get a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.

Thank you both for your time. Do either of you know how I can contact someone who can tell me if my order is valid / still going ahead? Or how I can receive a valid tracking number? The order is listed as dispatched but I have only received an Order and Parcel number - neither work on any courier website. I also downloaded the DPD app to no avail either.

I think I emailed them on Thursday. I also tried to ring EE up and ask if they could give me the tracking number but they said they can’t help with that.

Hi,
so I’ve ordered my PlayStation portal and I’ve waited over a week I got no confirmation and nothing, so then it eventually got cancelled I’ve wasted my time…
When I go on the website it just says this in the bottom picture I am just trying to get my hands on the PlayStation portal as an EE customer for almost 3 years I am not happy with this.
when will it be in stock again I don’t understand what’s happening, I’ve been told to go to store and when I went there they said it isn’t available in stores and wasted my money travelling…
can anyone from EE help please and re add it to my account and actually deliver in within 1-3 days as mentioned in the description.
