It’s not theft
EE have literature on their website stating what different terms mean. The term “out of stock” is what it says on the tin. You can still order it, but EE are clear that with the order being an item out of stock you will have to wait for stock to come in. It’s essentially a pre-order. Otherwise no company would be allowed to do it. Theft would be they would decline to refund when requesting to cancel. They aren’t doing that. Bit of a stretch to call it theft. Just ring up and cancel if you’re not happy and try somewhere else.
Loads of people, myself included, are waiting for stock to come in. It’s frustrating but claiming you’ve had money stolen is just stupid. Just be patient.
There are rumours for a stock update on 11th December so anyone ordering around release might receive their order in time for Christmas and those who ordered after say the 20th November might not. Depends how many back orders there are and what amount of stock is given. They don’t care if you paid in full they’re fulfilling orders on a first come first serve so paid in full is irrelevant as someone else assumed.
EE had told me that I should have my order in time for Christmas. Don’t be so bloody impatient you can stream from a laptop it’ll do the same job
