Has anyone else added the PlayStation portal as an accessory but says it out of stock but delivered in 2/3 days I haven't heard anything from re to say either if it's out for delivery or I haven't managed to get one

I ordered a PlayStation portal on the 16/11/23 from ee. Taken the money I have an order number starts with xko…..

spoke to someone at ee on the 21/11/23 online they said I would receive my order b4 end of the month. Not been cancelled yet but a little worried going by all the reply’s on this subject! 

also my online phone bill says £200 in credit for some reason but that’s why I paid for the portal? No idea 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻

I ordered on the 15th and paid in full £200. I also have a xko order number.

I spoke to EE today. They said that they are aware of the high demand and that theyv had lots of calls about this.

The guy I spoke to said that they have ordered some more in and that they are waiting on that new stock to arrive.

He said it could be here by next week.

The last major stock drop in UK was on 22/11 on PS direct. Argos gets stock regionally and its been very limited. Amazon have been selling like 3/4 units a day but thers no telling when they will come on, you literally have to keep checking.

On the other hand. GAME, Currys, and EE have not had anything since release on 15/11. So maybe the next stock drop will be coming to these stores? 

Hopefully in the next week or so.

I've heard nothing but no news is good news. 

It's not been cancelled and I have everything crossed they get stock before Christmas.

I ordered in the middle of November and heard nothing still, now December and nothing has been said about the order. Contacted live chat and get told 3-5 days now 7-14. So what is it and where is it? Terrible as I’ve been an EE customer for many years. The product showed as in stock when I ordered it. @Leanne_T can you help?

I’m the exact same, ordered when they had stock. I’d say its very unlikely anyone will get it before the years up. Will be the PS5 all over again no stock for months or have to buy off private seller.

So the EE Playstation Portal page seems to have been updated today to say the following:

WE CURRENTLY DON'T HAVE AN ETA ON STOCK ARRIVING FOR THIS ITEM.

I wonder what this means for everyone who has orders in the system?
