Has anyone else added the PlayStation portal as an accessory but says it out of stock but delivered in 2/3 days I haven't heard anything from re to say either if it's out for delivery or I haven't managed to get one
I ordered the playstation portal on the 15th and haven't heard anything since. I rang EE and was told I would have it by Friday 24th. I still haven't heard anything. I rang back to be told maybe try and order one elsewhere!!! which is not helpful considering everywhere is out of stock and why should I order from elsewhere when I placed an order on release date and was told 2/3 days delivery. Can you please advice on when it will be delivered
I’ve just spoken with someone and they said my order has been cancelled because it’s out of stock, I ordered it originally 2 weeks ago, now it’s cancelled and I have to place another order when it’s back in stock, which is ridiculous!!
I've just contacted ee again after seeing peoples orders have been getting cancelled. They've confirmed that my order is still placed and that they are not cancelling any and that I will receive it before Xmas. I have all of this in writing from them.
I ordered a playstation portal as an add on to my phone contract on the 18th November. I received an email confirmation but no delivery updates. I have spoken to EE via webchat but have been told so many different things. Has anyone else had anything other than an order confirmation or any advice that turned out to be true?
