Has anyone else added the PlayStation portal as an accessory but says it out of stock but delivered in 2/3 days I haven't heard anything from re to say either if it's out for delivery or I haven't managed to get one

Hi, I’ve been having this problem too. I keep being told different dates when it’ll be delivered.

Very bad service from EE been told multiple times 2-3 days delivery since ordering on the 15/11/23. 8 days and still no dispatch

I too have ordered one took payment but haven’t received anything since. I have an order completed email but haven’t had any dispatch or known dispatch date. Please help.

Just spoke with EE and they said they don’t have the stock and there is a 28 day. Wait time for the next delivery.

I was chat with ee for less 6 hours last night about playstation portal handheld and I had a email from ee cancelled my playstation portal handheld because sent to my different number and guess I have to wait for after Xmas or next year or I just have kept my eyes on ee website
