Hi all,
I purchased a ps5 pro over 2 weeks ago and have not received a code for the additional trade in value for PS5.
Is there still time for this to come through?

@discogav I am sorry to hear that, we don't have access to orders or accounts via these forums so unfortunately it is not something we are able to help with directly. Did they advise you of any next steps when you called?
It would just be the one email sent per order so if you have recieved the one already but for the other PS5/PS4 trade in offer rather than the PS5 Pro/PS5 offer another email wont come. I presume when you say it didn't work you did try the code recieved on the recycle website.
If they didn't advise any next steps and there is not any additional information in the email you have recieved, I would advise to try calling again and request to follow the escalation process if they are unable to resolve it for you.

The enhanced trade in code from purchasing a PS5 pro should be recieved within 14 days of the console, sent via email. If it hasn't come through after that time I would recommend getting in touch on 150 if you added it to your mobile bill or if you bought it outright or on EE finance contact our electronics team on 0800 079 0062 so they can help get it sorted.

Hi Alex,
So it has been over 2 weeks and the only I have received is for trading in the PS4 but this is wrong and won't work.
I have tried phoning and they were not able to help with this.
